Worship Service Ministries include several areas of ministry including:Praise & Worship, Technical and Audio/Visual Support, Welcome Center, Communion Preparation, Roadie Work, Sanctuary & Church Lobby Maintenance.


Praise & Worship Ministry - This ministry includes a worship team, a special ensemble team and instrumentalists. All groups help to lead the weekend worship services. Our goal is to honor God with our musical talents, help lead people in corporate worship, and increase His kingdom through our service.

Rehearsals for the worship team are held on Wednesday's from 7:00 - 9:00pm in the sanctuary. Rehearsals for the special ensemble team occur as needed on Thursday's from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.


Vocalists and Musicians are required to audition to be part of the team. Musicians must have the ability to read a basic lead sheet and have experience on the instrument preferred.


Sound Technicians
help run the sound system and are in charge of all the audio responsibilities for the weekend worship services. A good ear is required.

Roadies
are responsible for setting up the stage area for the services and taking down the equipment after the services. This includes monitors, microphones, amplifiers, keyboard, cables, etc.

Multimedia Operators (Sunday Plus Operators) are in charge of all the visual aids for the services (projector & computer operation, lighting, etc.

Video Production Specialists
are in charge of creating, compiling, and editing a variety of videos/DVD's that are utilized by various church ministries and in worship services.

Sermon Processing Operators are responsible for uploading to our website the weekly sermon. They edit and save audio data in required formats.

Greeters, Ushers, & Welcome Center Ministries include people that greet and distribute worship service bulletins; assist with seating, Bible distribution, communion distribution, and offering collection and processing; greet people as they enter the church, address any questions they have about the church, Sunday school classes, and make sure the building is secured after services.

Communion Ministry
is responsible for preparing the communion trays for each service. Individuals rotate with others on a monthly basis to prepare communion.

Stain Busters is a group of dedicated, behind the scenes volunteers who apply a little "elbow grease" to keep our sanctuary carpets and chairs clean.
