Charlie Maloney, Senior Pastor
Charlie joined the staff of CCC on February 17, 1980, after serving for 6 years as the Youth Pastor and Education Director of North Industry Christian Church in Canton, Ohio. Charlie received his B.A. from Cincinnati Christian University where he met his wife, Beverly. He went on to earn his M.A. from Cincinnati Christian Seminary and took additional graduate studies at Ashland College. Some of Charlie's favorite things to do are: walking at the Camarillo Outlet Mall, going to movies, watching USC and Ohio State football and UCLA basketball, playing golf, reading, hanging out with Beverly, reading Sherlock Holmes books, playing Euchre, and most importantly...seeing people become followers of Christ and grow in their faith. Charlie and Beverly have a son, Nathan, and his wife, Mandy and daughter, Millie who all live in Georgia. Their daughter, Michelle and her husband, Skip and their two boys, Michael Charles and William, live in Cherry Point, North Carolina.

    Ernie Towler, Music Pastor
Ernie joined the staff of CCC in September of 1995, after serving at both Oxnard First Baptist Church and Lynton Missionary Church. Ernie and his wife Donna have been committed members of CCC since their fist day here. Ernie recently earned his B.A. degree in Music from California State University, Northridge. Ernie's hobbies include: playing music, visiting historical sites, and watching the History Channel.      Debbie Foucar, Early Childhood Pastor
Debbie joined the staff of CCC in June of 1992 after being a member since 1978. As director of early childhood ministry, Debbie oversees children’s programs for nursery-kindergarten, as well as events that involve young families. Debbie and her husband Dave have been married for 23 years, and together have 3 teenage daughters; Melissa, Jessica, and Samantha .In 1986 Debbie earned a B.S. degree from San Diego State University in Early Childhood with an emphasis on child abuse. She taught kindergarten for a few years until their first daughter was born. When Debbie is not at the church she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys scrapbooking, reading, walking, seeing movies and vacationing. She says, "I am blessed to worship at CCC with eleven family members and this incredible body of believers.”

    Laurie Head, Children's Ministry Pastor

 Laurie Head has served as Children’s Director since August of 2008.  Laurie and her husband, Larry and their three children, have worshiped and served here for the past several years. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from UCI and worked in ministry for 10 years, before becoming a stay at home mom. Laurie facilitates family & children’s activities as well as organizing the regular Sunday School program. She loves the outdoors, reading, chocolate and working with kids.

    Josh Williams, Creative Arts/Student Music Pastor
Josh Williams originally came on staff at CCC as an intern in July of 2000.  In July of 2001, Josh took the position of Media and Programming Director and served for 4 years before answering a call to be the Worship Pastor at a church plant in Seattle, WA.  Josh, with his wife Erin and their two kids Abigail and Zachary, spent 4 years in Seattle before moving back to Camarillo and assuming the Interim Middle School Director here at CCC.  Josh is a graduate of Cornerstone Christian School and received his B.S. degree in Business from the University of LaVerne.  Josh's hobbies include: playing music, cooking, wrestling with his kids, drooling over any product with an Apple logo, and watching concert videos or obscure documentaries.

    Jeff Gin, Student Ministries Pastor
Jeff Gin came on staff at CCC as an intern in July of 2000. He took the position as the Middle School Director in July of 2003, and is now serving as the Student Ministries Director. Jeff is a graduate of Cornerstone Christian High School. Jeff received his B.A. degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University and earned his M.A. in Ministry from Pepperdine University.
He has been married since 2003 to his incredible wife Cara, and has two amazing bundles of energy, sons Carter (2007) and Abbott (2008).  Although time is a valuable, and rare commodity these days, golf and things with two-wheels still find their way into his life.

    Cheri Phillips, Business & Facility Director
Cheri joined the staff of CCC in 2006. Cheri has been an active member and leader in our church since 1998.  She has served effectively as a small group Bible study facilitator as well as a leader on several volunteer ministry teams. She received her Bacherlor's degree in Business Administration & Managemene from the University of Phoenix and her Master’s degree is from BiolaUniversity in Organizational Leadership.
Cheri is certified as a sign language interpreter and has a Budget Counselor Certification from Crown Ministries. Cheri’s primary responsibilities are in the areas of facility, business administration, information technology, human resources, and church financial management.  Cheri's main interests outside of the office include crocheting, walking her dog, and ballroom dancing.
